**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FBO Line Service Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily line fuel service operations at our Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facility, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians and service personnel, uphold safety standards, and enhance the efficiency of airside operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise all aspects of line service operations, including aircraft fueling, towing, maintenance of ground equipment, FAA and airfield regulations and customer service. 
- Coordinate and communicate with pilots, customers, and other team members to provide efficient and effective service.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, adhering to aviation regulations and company policies.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate line service personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain and order supplies and inventory as needed, ensuring readiness and availability of all equipment and materials.
- Perform periodic inspections to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues timely to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the FBO Operations Manager in developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in aviation operations, line service, or a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the job.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials as required.

**Education:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in aviation management is a plus.
